On Saturday we drove from Ocala to explore the options for a shampooer to do our carpets. You recommended the Royal 7910 carpet cleaner. Yesterday and today I shampooed our carpets using this wonderful machine! WOW! Was I impressed! With 4 years of Stanley Steamer doing our carpets, I finally felt that our carpets were clean using the Royal 7910. I used only the rinse cycle on some portions and found that there was lots of soap and suds left in the carpet. There have been some traffic areas that I just lived with since they could no longer be cleaned and restored to original condition. But with the Royal 7910 those areas are like new again. THANK YOU, THANK YOU for this wonderful, powerful cleaning system. Thanks, also Dave for taking the time to explain and illustrate this great system.
In the next few days I want to place an order for your Hoover tile/hard surface cleaner #800. I'm not sure if I want you to send it or if we will drive to Tampa and pick it up. I'll let you know.

Good morning. I just wanted to write and let you know that I am so happy with the Miele vacuum that you recommended for my wood and tile floors. It's really light, moves around so easily and the suction is fantastic. I just wanted to say thank you for your fabulous service. I bought a vacuum for my sister for Christmas, and it needed repair, so I brought it in. You guys were pretty busy at the time, so said it might take until Tuesday (it was Wednesday). That estimate seemed fast to me anyway, so boy was I surprised when I got a call about 11am the very next day saying the vacuum was ready. The vacuum was under warranty, so there was no charge for the repair either! Your staff is very warm and friendly--something missing from most shops these days.

We just received and assembled our new Hoover Self-Propelled bagless vacuum, and what a machine! We have been using two Kirby’s to clean the carpet for the past 8 years and I thought the carpets were pretty clean. Five minutes of letting the Hoover do all the work and it was full of more dirt than I have ever seen in a vacuum in my life. It picked up more dirt in those 5 minutes than the Kirby’s have in the whole time we have lived in this house, a little over eight years.
At first I thought something was wrong with the Embedded Dirt Finder because the red light would not go off. It would not go off because this Hoover was sucking dirt out that had been there for the past 8 years. Even after washing the carpets recently, it was full of what appears to be little particles of sand and gravel. I have no idea where it all came from but this new vacuum is pulling it all out and leaving it totally clean and a totally different color to boot.
So, thanks for your advice and quick service. The vacuum is great. I cannot recommend it enough. Now I have no excuse for keeping the carpet REALLY clean!
